Pizza bread 🍕🍕 Decided to jump on the bandwagon and remake our delicious oat bread recipe, this time with a twist. Pesto & sun-dried tomato oat bread straight out the oven, smells incredibly like pizza!
Recipe
•360g Rolled oats
•500g Natural yogurt
•1 egg
•2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
•1/2 tsp salt
• 3 heaped tbsp basil pesto
• 70g sun-dried tomatoes
1️⃣ Heat oven to 180degrees
2️⃣ Mix yogurt, soda, pesto & salt.
3️⃣ Add the oats, sun-dried tomatoes and whisked egg.
4️⃣ Line a baking tray, add the mix & bake for 50mins.
5️⃣ Remove bread from tray & bake for another 8 minutes.
6️⃣ Allow to cool & enjoy!!
