Summers are made for smoothies and smoothie bowls that are bursting with flavour and rich in powerful micronutrients. This is our go to healthy smoothie recipe and a a client favourite!
Ingredients:
20g strawberries
20g raspberries
1⁄2 banana
1 scoop protein powder 1 handful of spinach
1 handful kale
1 tbsp of greens powder (not mandatory)
1 1⁄2 cups of almond milk/coconut milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to your blender and mix until smooth!
Add ice to thicken mixture into a smoothie bowl.
Tip: Prepare all of the dry ingredients in bulk and store in zip lock bags in the freezer. Now all you have to do is add the liquid!
