•3-4 organic apples •2 tbsp of cinnamon •2 chopped dates •1/2 cup of water
Method: add all the ingredients to a medium sized pot. Allows to simmer for 15-20 minutes on a low heat. Once the skin starts to separate from the apples, take it off the heat and store in the fridge for upto 5 days.
