These 5 ingredient no bake cookie dough balls are the perfect treat to satisfy your sweet tooth.
(makes 10-12) Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp coconut oil • 1 tbsp vanilla • 80g maple syrup • 150g ground almond • 1/4 tsp salt • 3 tbsp 80% chocolate chips (or more!)
1. In a large bowl, melt coconut oil & add vanilla and maple syrup, then whisk until smooth. 3. To the bowl add the ground almonds, and salt. Mix until smooth. The mixture should resemble a real cookie dough. If you find it too wet to roll into balls, add 1/2 tbsp of ground almond, until desired consistency is achieved. 4. Fold in chocolate chips - don't be scared to add a few extra ;) 5. Using a tbsp measure, scoop mixture and form into balls. 6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for one week or in the freezer for one month!
