Ferrero Rocher Protein Balls

Easy to make Ferrero Rocher protein balls


  • 170g Ground almonds

  • 55g Raw Cacao

  • 1 scoop (25g) Protein powder - vanilla or chocolate

  • 110g Hazelnut butter

  • 125ml Almond/coconut milk

  • 80g Chopped hazelnuts


  1. In a large bowl mix all of the dry ingredients together, and half of the chopped hazelnuts.

  2. Melt the hazelnut butter over the stove in a heat safe bowl.

  3. Once the hazelnut butter become smooth, pour it over the dry mix until crumbly.Then slowly add the dairy-free milk to form a solid but sticky mixture.

  4. Place a grease-proof paper on a plate and add the other half of the chopped hazelnuts into a small bowl.

  5. Use your hands to form the mixture into small balls and roll into the chopped hazelnut bowl.

  6. Place onto the plate and refrigerate for 1 hour until solid. Then serve & enjoy!
