What's the difference between Nutritional Therapy and Health Coaching?
At Nourish For Life, I approach all clients with my Nutritional Therapist hat on. This means using the most up to date, evidence-based research to help get to the root of my client's concerns. Health Coaching allows my clients added support, accountability and a chance to make the necessary changes at a rate that works best for them.
